   Come to Ron Coleman Mining for a crystal-digging adventure!  Dig through our fresh tailings and take home everything you find at no additional charge.  We are an active crystal mine, and bring up fresh hauls very often. Mining for crystals is fun for the entire family.  Our guests have named us the best dig your own crystals quartz mine in Arkansas.  No reservation is necessary, so stop by any day of the week.  Bring your own tools or buy in our Gift Shop.   What to expect when you arrive at 211 Crystal Ridge Lane, Jessieville?  The first thing you will notice is that you can see our crystal mine from the bank of glass windows in the back of our gift shop.  Our staff with direct you to complete a waiver, you will pay your daily crystal digging fee and receive a wrist band, given a bag to carry your crystals, directions and tips on what to look for and then you drive to the lower parking lot to take a short walk to the public digging area.  Current seasonal digging hours are: 8 am to 5:30 pm.  *Please note: No digging permits are sold 60 minutes before the dig area closes.   Ron Coleman Mine is a short 15 minute drive from Hot Springs, Arkansas.   Add Hot Springs crystal digging fun to your vacation trip plans.  Check out our FAQ Page
