Come to Ron Coleman Mining for a crystal-digging adventure! Dig through our fresh tailings and take home everything you find at no additional charge. We are an active crystal mine, and bring up fresh hauls very often. Mining for crystals is fun for the entire family. Our guests have named us the best "dig-your-own-crystals" quartz mine in Arkansas. No reservation is necessary, so stop by any day of the week. Bring your own tools or buy in our Gift Shop. What to expect when you arrive at 211 Crystal Ridge Lane, Jessieville? The first thing you will notice is that you can see our crystal mine from the bank of glass windows in the back of our gift shop. Our staff will direct you to complete a waiver, you will pay your daily crystal digging fee, receive a wrist band, directions, and tips on what to look for, and then you will drive to the lower parking lot to take a short walk to the public digging area.
What to bring? hand gardening shovel or trowel, gardening gloves, 5 gallon bucket to or bags to carry your finds.

Crystal Digging Prices:
Adults (15years old and older) $25
Children (5 - 14 years old) $ 6
Kids (Under 5 years old) FREE Seniors (55 and older) $20
​A fee must be paid to enter the digging area.
*All persons in a school, scout, and church group pay a fee

If you have a group of 15 or more in your school group, check out our group reservation request page. Family, rock hound, and mineral club group requirements for the public digging area are 15 adults.
